I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency and it was very good. The spacious and modern rooms were impeccably clean and provided a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I wanted to see in the city. The spa and pool facilities were very nice, with multiple steam rooms, a salt room, and a relaxation room with chair lounges. The staff, especially Victoria at reception and Nikolai and his team at the restaurant, were polite, professional, and provided amazing service. They even organized a little birthday surprise for my mum, made her day extra special. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I had a nice experience at Hyatt Regency and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Conveniently located hotel with clean and modern rooms. Impressive spa with a variety of saunas and a spacious pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served until 15:00 with no check-out time. a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at a modern hotel in the heart of the city. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of many of the main sights and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, as they were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop bar and made use of the excellent spa facilities.
There was a slight inconvenience regarding the availability of the minibar, which we were informed was not possible due to current restrictions or regulations.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center. Everything was within walking distance and it made exploring this city very convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great gym and a relaxing spa with a steam room and sauna. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond my expectations. the spacious room and comfortable bed made me feel like royalty. the breakfast in the morning was a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of offerings and the option for in-room service. the location was also convenient, being within walking distance of many of the city's landmarks.
the Spa & Wellness center was not as accommodating as I had hoped, with restrictions regarding age and behavior in certain areas.
